Files & Artwork

Having your artwork ready for printing is the single most important step in ordering your coated labels from jellylabels.com

If you are preparing your own files, you will want to fully read our 'How to prepare your artwork' article which is written directly below this introduction article. If a design company has prepared your artwork you will want to ask them if they have "Prepared your artwork to be press-ready, including all bleeds, fonts, designed in CMYK and at a resolution of 300dpi. minimum. If they have prepared your artwork in this manner, you are ready to order with Jelly Labels.

Ordering
Please select the type of item you are looking to purchase from our 'Products & Services' menu. Once you have clicked on the type of product you are looking for you will be able to select your quantity, color option, proofing options, etc... As you select your options you will see that your price is automatically adjusted for you. When you are happy with your selection click on the 'Order' button, and you will have added that item to your shopping cart. You can either continue to shop for the other items you are looking for, or you can check out to place your order. You will be asked to upload your files during this check-out process.

Shipping and Delivery
Please click on our shipping information link on the bottom of the Web site for detailed information about our shipping policies. In summary, we ship with Fedex. Your shipping price is calculated on the actual cost to ship an item to your address from ours. We can ship anywhere in North Amercia using both ground and express shipping.

Quality Control
jellylabels.com has a very strict quality control program in place. We inspect every order to ensure that it is produced to our exacting specifications. If a production error occurs and we catch it, your order will be instantly reproduced. This may delay your order by 1-2 days, but we think you will agree that it is worth it. If by some chance your order does arrive with an error, please send it back to us for inspection. If we can verify that an error has been made on our part, your order will be reproduced immediately to your satisfaction and delivered to you free of charge.
